Clubhouse Rules
– If you rearrange the furniture, please return it to its original position. – No loud or boisterous activities are allowed. No loud music or parties are allowed in the clubhouse. Please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors and tenants. – The amount of people in the clubhouse may never exceed local fire codes at any time. – Remove all items from the kitchen and refrigerator when you leave. – Please feel free to adjust the thermostat during your activity, but please turn it off when you leave. – All lights and ceiling fans must be turned off. – All doors must be locked when tenant is not present at the clubhouse. – No tenants or guests are permitted to sleep overnight in the clubhouse. – Clubhouse hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm. Clubhouse must be vacated by 10:00pm, unless prior written authorization is given by property management.
